What do I need to do to start my subscription?
When you have paid for your initial LPG order Origin LPG will send you an activation code. This code will allow you to access the web page where you select your magazine and commence your subscription.
Can I use my activation code more than once?
The activation code sent to you will only allow one completed subscription. Once your subscription is activated your code will not allow you to access the magazine subscription pages again. If you are unable to use your activation code please contact us on 133 LPG.
Can I change my subscription?
Once you complete your subscription application you will be unable to change to another magazine.
Can I get assistance to activate my subscription?
If you are unable to activate your subscription you can call us on 133 LPG. Our staff will be able to help you to complete your subscription.
How long will my first magazine take to arrive?
In most cases you should receive your first magazine within 4-5 weeks, but please note that if you select a magazine that is published 6 times a year then you may need to wait up to 2 months for your first magazine. Pacific Magazines will confirm your subscription and advise when you can expect to receive your first issue.
How will my magazine be delivered?
Your magazine will be delivered by Australia Post by ordinary mail.

What notification of my subscription will I receive?
Pacific Magazines will confirm your subscription and advise when you can expect to receive your first issue.
What happens at the end of my subscription period?
Pacific Magazines may send you an offer to continue your subscription. This would be paid for by you.
How long can I wait before using my activation code?
You must use your activation code within 2 months of notification. Expired activation codes will not be replaced.
